Made in 100% cotton, wheat and lavender for a calming effect, they can also be used as eye pillows to relax before bed (heat to warm not hot temp).

Directions:

Place in the Microwave for 35-45 sec (single) or 55-65 sec (pair), place in pockets. Lasts up to an hour when in pockets, about 20-30 mins in the open air.
